CSOS Consolidated Practice Directives: The Wrap-Up Session

Our deep dive into the new Consolidated Practice Directives issued by the Community Schemes Ombud Service has been incredibly insightful. At our January, February and March sessions, we unpacked some of the most important procedural and practical changes affecting community schemes, trustees, managing agents alike – but there were still a few important aspects that deserve further attention and clarification.

In our May webinar we covered certain provisions that we did not have sufficient time to fully unpack during the original series and summarized the valuable take away information.

This follow-up session was designed to ensure that you leave with a confident, practical understanding of the Directives and how they impact the day-to-day management and governance of sectional title schemes. Whether you attended all three sessions or missed one along the way, this was a valuable opportunity to consolidate your knowledge.

This session took place on Thursday, 28 May.
