Many people end up disappointed after lodging an application with the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) when their matter is dismissed, or they are denied the relief they seek.

Applications are often drafted incorrectly and there is a lack of clarity on the issues that you can – and cannot – lodge with CSOS.

Together, Marina Constas and Karen Bleijs from CSOS unpacked the most common mistakes people make in their applications to the Ombud service.
